We have a 2 Days- return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a returns.
Return is only accepted on if the product is defective or different from what is shown in the picture.Opening video of package is mandatory for any claim.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
